The first release of our vintage 2024 sparkling wine, made in the Traditional Method from Pinot Noir plus Regent grapes. Aromas of fresh white bread, red berries, pomegranate, and rhubarb with tangerine zest and floral and forest notes. The palate is defined by red berry flavours and subtle hints of cherry. 'Eagle Ridge' is where Eridge gets its name.
