The first release of our vintage 2024 sparkling wine, made in the Traditional Method from Pinot Noir plus Regent grapes. Boasting a gentle variety of red fruits on the noce, with additional notes of citrus and baked apple, with toasted brioche and crumbled biscuit on the palate. 'Eagle Ridge' is where Eridge gets its name.
