The third and final release from our 2021 vintage, this Blanc de Noirs fizz is made in the Traditonal Method. With 36 months aging in bottle on the lees, this sumptuous sparkling wine has balanced autolytic characters of toasted brioche, baked croissant and toasted nuts on the palate.

 

Named The Final Cut in recognition of the close association the vineyard has with the film & tv industry.
