A wonderfully smooth and complex Bacchus, matured in old French Oak barrels. A gastronomic wine, with apricot, pineapple, citrus and elderflower on the nose, a rich, long, unctious mouthfeel, with complex fruit further opening on the palate. 

 

Named after Bishop Odo, the Bishop of Bayeux, the half brother of William the Conqueror, who is said to have hunted across the lands where the vineyard now stands.
